As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll be responsible for:

  • Led the recruitment and hiring process for tech, product, and growth senior talent, ensuring the achievement of quarterly hiring goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle—from application to offer acceptance.
  • Proactively source both active and passive candidates using advanced techniques, employee referrals, networking, global internal databases, and curated contact lists.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment and selection for all U.S.-based roles.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct resume reviews and initial phone screenings, leveraging competency-based interviewing to assess and differentiate candidates for shortlisting.
  • Provide mentorship to the team, sharing insights on current best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

What will make us choose you?

  • You have +3 years of proven experience as a recruiter searching for Product, Tech, and Growth roles in the US.
  • You have a solid knowledge of the US Tech market.
  • Experience using data to track and evaluate recruiting success over time.
  • You have great communication and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, experience managing multiple job requisitions with different hiring managers
  • You know the latest talent trends and strategies to recruit and hunt top talent.
  • You must successfully manage talent searches on a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
