As a Fulfillment Quality Monitor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Monitor processing agents’s performance and rate the level of quality according to the goals established by the team.
  • Assure the correct usage of Fulfillment’s tools, protocols, and processes.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve our internal processes.
  • Participate in professional development activities/projects.

  • 1 year of experience in similar positions.
  • Empathetic, with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and precision and Proactivity.
  • Knowledge of G-Suite: Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms.
  • Open to taking on new challenges and working in an environment of constant change due to accelerated growth.
  • Want to be a fundamental part of building the team and the basis for the iVisa experience.
  • Fluent and comfortable in English
