As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll be responsible:

  • Ensure employees have access to in-role learning and career development opportunities for personal and organizational growth.
  • Establish and maintain advisory/consultative relationships with key stakeholders (managers/heads) to gather input on learning and development needs, effectiveness of programs, etc.
  • Track and analyze the impact and efficacy of learning plans, development programs, and individual courses
  • Supports Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the organization with a guided focus as it relates to Talent and Organization development, through surveys, connections, and leadership/employee development and training.
  • Drive improvement in performance management processes including goal setting, 1:1 annual feedback sessions, coaching programs, etc.
  • Bring innovation to the talent development approach identifying creative, cost-effective, impactful ways to deliver meaningful programs across a highly matrixed organization and tailoring as necessary to serve individual business unit needs.

What will make us choose you?

  • 2 Years of Experience: Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing training and development programs within a corporate setting.
  • Partnership experience: Proven track record of establishing collaborative partnerships with external consultants to drive organizational learning initiatives.
  • Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all organizational levels, with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • Stakeholder Negotiation: Proficient in negotiating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
  • People-Centric Approach: Deeply committed to the well-being and growth of individuals, fostering a people-oriented perspective.
  • Experience with project management tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Clickup/Asana/Monday at an intermediate level. Advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Advanced English.
