The eVisa Processing Shift Lead role at iVisa is one of utmost importance. This person will be responsible for the success of the Processing Agents. Leading the team leaders and agents to ensure the best quality and quick documents.

As an eVisa Processing Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leadership of your Processing Agents, that make all documents are delivered on-time and with no errors.
  • Provide leadership with constant feedback, coaching, and career growth paths for all processing agents.
  • Assure the team’s productivity, MIN rates, and procedures are optimal and set continuous improvement and training plans.
  • Ensuring the Fulfillment team meets performance standards and metrics while identifying and addressing areas for improvement to enhance customer experience.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives that transform the experience of all our customers.

  • Experience working with Google Sheets and other performance management tools.
